What? No paper again? How am I supposed to know what Ziggy is up to?
EXT: OUTSIDE THE GRIFFIN HOME -- DAY
Ziggy is in handcuffs and he's being perp walked down the street by Quahog vice cops. Trailing them is a hooker who is also in cuffs.
PETER
Jeez, look who got arrested again.
Ziggy gives Peter the finger.
PETER
Hey, it wasn't me who paid for Miss Happy Ending, there.
A young boy is pedaling a bicycle toward the Griffin's home, his newspaper bag strapped across his shoulder. The boy is in no hurry.
PETER
You're late!
PAPERBOY
(muttering to himself)
And you're toast.
The boy reaches into his bag and pulls out a newspaper, then a rock, concealing it inside the rolled up paper. He lets the missile fly.
PAPERBOY
Special edition, coming up.
The paper nails Peter in the forehead and he drops like a stone.
